Savory hummus
Ingredients: at least (2) 15 oz. cans of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed well. (If you like it a thick consistency then use more) 2 tbsp Cumin juice from 1 lemon 3 tbsp olive oil up to 1/2 cup water Salt to taste 1/4-1/2 cup sesame tahini 1 large clove of garlic Directions: Combine garbanzo beans, water, and olive oil in a food processor (or a really good blender) and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Other optional ingredients I have added are green onion, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, or extra garlic, and it makes it yummy :p
