Shrimp With Chikkudu Gingalu/Papdi Lilva Beans
Ingredients:Shrimp 2 cups Boiled Papdi Lilva Beans 1 cup ![]() Turmeric 1/4 tsp Fresh Coconut a small Piece Chili Powder 2 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tbsp Salt For taste Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Onions 2 Cloves and Cinnamon each 2 Green Chili s 2 Curry Leaves a few Coriander Leaves Oil Method: First Take the Onions,Coconut, Green chills and grind it and keep it aside.Heat the pan with 2 tbsp oil and add cloves and Cinnamon for it and fry it for a min .Next add the Onion paste till it becomes golden brown color or raw smell disappears and add ginger garlic paste,Turmeric powder,Curry leaves fry another 2 min For the above mixture add shrimp,Coriander,Chili powder,salt and saute them. Add Boiled Papdi Lilva Beans, little water and stir them until it cooked Finely Garnish with Coriander leaves Serve with Pu lav or Steamed Rice.Serving Size: 3 to 5 people related searches : Shrimp
