Sunday Oats and Abs
Good morning! I had a pretty good time last night. Very tired today, though and paying for it with a 7am wake up. Oh well, at least today will be relaxing and restful. Breakfast It randomly started storming a little while after I woke up. Our weather is being terrible lately! So I knew what comforting breakfast was in order: 1/2 cup oats made with water 1 banana cinnamon 1 T PB 1 T PB & Co. Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Perfect! FitSugar?s Ab Workout So I promised to share my ab routine with you guys. I may have linked it on here before, but I don?t specifically explain it usually, so here goes: I?ve been doing most of the moves from this routine for about a month now, and it?s just fun and it really is a great way to feel like you?ve worked those abs! Pros: I had never tried or heard of the seated Russian twist or the twisting side plank so I learned some new things. Also, my plank ability has really improved! I am able to hold it pretty strongly for 1 minute. Cons: Because my apartment?s gym does not have a captain?s chair or resistance bands, I don?t do these two moves. I usually just do another set of one of the other ones to even it out. Overall: The entire routine usually takes me about ten minutes or so to complete. I always feel great afterwards, because you really do work all of your abdominal muscle groups with the moves. It?s also great to be able to tailor the exercises to your needs and abilities. I use it as more a guide than a strict plan. If I feel like doing another set of a certain move, I do it! If I feel like doing more or less reps of a move, then I do that too! I encourage you guys to try it out! I?m off to enjoy my Sunday, later gators Posted in Breakfast ![]() related searches : Sunday
