The "I Heart Beef" Omaha Steaks Giveaway

February is the month of love. Not only romantic love... but also the love of beef, because February is "I Heart Beef" month. And if you ask me, I think it's a perfect fit. There simply is no better way to celebrate Valentine's Day than with a tender filet mignon steak followed by a midnight black molten chocolate cake.



But in our house, we pretty much celebrate our love of beef all year round. In the summer, we broadcast our love to the neighborhood through the mouth-watering aroma of the thick, marinated, juicy ribeye steaks or tangy beef kabobs on our grill most Sundays. But once our grill is put away, we continue to celebrate our love of beef in the crockpot with beef bourguignon stew or exotic pot roasts that send their perfume wafting through the house in our absence.
