The Inn of the Apple Tree

Auberge du Pommier. Inn of the Apple Tree. This is my potential working place. I 12 hours time, I will know if I am to work at this establishment, or not. I hope I do, I really really hope I get it. Doesn't it look so beautiful?

It's gives me the similar vibe from The French Laundry. Which reminds me, I need to print my resume on a nice piece of paper. The paper that Jie uses so scarcely.

This is where extreme caution is taken when posting. I don't want to get into any legal arguments because of meaningless rantings conjured up while laying flat on my belly after a meal. I've been constantly warned my dearest Ma to take be careful with what I say. Though restrictive, nonetheless wise for a meddle-free life.

There are so many things so look forward to. My job, Kor's dinner, spring and it's flowers and fresh produce, more dinners. I can't wait for all of them to come. Keep on reading.
