To Market, to market to buy.....a cupcake!!!!!
 Since the competition win in June, Fantasy Cupcakes have been busy bakers making lots of cupcakes for all kind of events. But we have also been planning how we can get our cupcakes to a wider audience. The answer.......a mini cupcakery within our local market! Its how many of the successful cupcakeries started out, and also many still have their market stalls as well as their shops. We believe in the importance of shopping locally, we believe in supporting local businesses, we believe market foods minimise food miles and often bring fresher better quality produce. Hurrah for markets. We have no idea how successful the venture will be but as Doug Larson said "some of the world's greatest feats were accomplished by people not smart enough to know they were impossible". Ha ha. Well I don't know about that but all I know is I'm not going to think too deply about it. I am going to make my cakes and see if the people of Rawtenstall like them!!! So the grand opening should be Saturday 5th December if everything goes to plan and our little corner of cupcake cuteness is next to the cafe in Rawtenstall's indoor market hall.
