Prawn Tempura Udon Noodle Soup
Preparation

Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.

In a separate bowl, add 1 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs mirin, 2 tsp dashi powder.

When the udon is cooked, add it into the bowl with 400 ml hot water.

Garnish with 1 boiled egg, 2 prawn tempura, green onions and Shichimi Togarashi.
