Ingredients

• 1.5 turnips
• 2 teaspoons margarine or butter
• 1/4 cup skim milk
• 1 cup raw spinach
• 1/2 cup spaghetti squash
• 1 turnip
• 1/4 cup parsnip
• 1 cup low sodium broth
• 1 teaspoon olive oil

• Blend everything together with a Magic Bullet or food processor.
• Blend all ingredients together!
• Top with cheese and add chunks of chicken.
