Radish and fish ball soup

- When oil is heated fry the garlic together with the fish balls for about 4-5 mins.
Add tomato and pour in 1/2 liter of water.
Let it simmer and wait for the small bubbles to appear.
Put in the radish, anchovies granules, salt and pepper to taste.
Once the radish is cooked, off the heat.
Add in the Chinese parsley and stir just once or twice.
Remove from heat to be served immediately.
