- Bring a pot of water to boil. Pour it into slow cooker.
- Add in lotus root, red dates, peanut and pork rib. Simmer under high heat for at least 3 hours.
- Add light soy sauce or salt to taste. Skim off the scum and oil from the surface. Serve hot.
