Turkey Meat Loaf Burgers with Cranberry Sauce & White Cheddar

I'm loving my new Rachael Ray cookbook, Look + Cook.  This is my third recipe from this book (my first was the Italian-Style Monte Cristo and the second was French Onion Dip Pizza), and I have a fourth recipe planned for this coming weekend (stay tuned next week).  These burgers are just in case you didn't have enough turkey and cranberry sauce over the holidays.
