17 oz cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt flower
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp rosemary
3 garlic cloves
5 oz feta cheese
8 oz tagliatelle
fresh basil

Peel the garlic and remove the germ. Wash the tomatoes then transfer it all in a gratin dish.
Cover with olive oil. Add salt flower, pepper and rosemary and stir.
Add the feta cheese and stir again.
Bake for 40 min at 390°F.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water and strain.
Mix it around immediately.
Transfer the pasta into the gratin dish. Chop some fresh basil leaves on top.
