Waffles-Yum!

1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
3/4 C Sugar
4 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1/2 C Soymilk or Milk Alternative
1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1. Mix the soymilk and vinegar, set aside.
2. Mix remaining ingredients by hand in large bowl.
3. Add in the soymilk mixture.
4. Place batter in pre-heated and greased waffle iron and bake until golden-brown.
5. Top with Earth Balance (vegan) butter and syrup.
6. Enjoy your breakfast and lick your plate clean!
Makes 8 squares.
