Mix dry yeast with warm milk and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Put sugar, flour and egg in a bowl and add the milk+yeast mix. Knead for 4 minutes.
Then, while kneading, add the softened butter little by little. Once you add all the butter, keep kneading for 10 minutes. Put in the fridge for 90 minutes.
Make balls 0.7 ounces weight. Grease and heat your waffle maker. Put a ball of dough on each side, and close it with pressure. Bake 2 min 30.
Take the waffles out and leave to cool down. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and dip a side of a waffle in it. Refrigerate the waffles 30 minutes.
