- Unroll the pastry sheets znd cut circles into them.
- Arrange half of the circles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place wooden sticks.
- Combine the softened butter with the eggs, then add sugar.
- Then add the powdered almonds, and the chocolate chips.
- Put 1 Tbsp of the almond cream in the center of circle. Then cover with other circles of pastry. Press on the edges to make the pastry stick.
- Brush each pie with egg yolk, then draw some patterns with a knife tip.
- Bake 25 min at 350°F (180°C).
