• 20 cherry tomatoes
• 150g mozzarella balls (about 20 balls)
• 160g green olives (about 40)
• 30g fresh rosemary (about 6 sprigs)
• 4 slices of ham

• 20 large appetizer skewers

Preparation

• Cut the ham lengthwise into strips and set aside the other ingredients in different bowls. Fold the ham 2 to 3 times.
• Assemble the skewers: start by skewering a cherry tomato, followed by ham, mozzarella, and olives.
