Sesame Grissini rubata ( Hand rolled sesame bread sticks )
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and semolina.

Put dry yeast in the water and stir until dissolved, let stand for a couple of minutes.

Add to this mix olive oil Make a hole in the centre of the flour mixture, and stir in water-yeast-olive oil mix until it forms dough.

Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.

Wash out the bowl and coat it with a thin layer of olive oil.

Place the dough in the bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and allow rising in a warm place for 1 hour.
