Ingredients

• 200 g flour
• 50 g semolina10g dry yeast
• 140 ml warm water
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 50 g sesame seed to topping

Preparation

• In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and semolina.
