Here's the best coffee to drink during summer : affogato ! A simple idea : combine a scoop of ice cream with a hot espresso. You'll have the best temperature and love the taste :-)

• 1 scoop ice cream (vanilla here)
• 1 espresso coffee

• 1 mug or glass

Preparation

• Scoop an ice cream ball and put it in a glass or mug.
• Pour an espresso coffee into the mug or glass.
