Chocolate brownies with carrot puree

Ingredients

• 90 g dark cooking chocolate
• 1/2 cup carrot puree (boil carrots until cooked and puree them in a blender with a tiny bit of water)
• 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons margarine
• 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
• 2 large egg whites
• 3/4 cup plain flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup Chelsea's Chocolate Icing Sugar
• 2-3 tablespoon of water
