Zucchini brownies
You read the title right. To take out all the fat out of our brownies, we replaced it with...zucchini! And it was pretty delicious! Have a try and tell us what you thought about it!
Preparation
Put the egg whites aside, and add the sugar to the yolks. Whisk well. Add the cornstarch and the salt.
Clean the zucchini, and chop it finely. You can also grate it. Add this to the previuous mix.
Melt the chocolate and add it to the batter.
Whisk the egg whites until they form peaks, and add them gently to the batter.
Pour this mix into a square greased mold. Arrange some walnuts on it.
Bake 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
There you are, your zucchini brownies are ready!
