A nice match between a crispy pastry and this sweet fruit that is banana!

- Cut the banana in 4, then cut these pieces in half.
- Dip them in some brown sugar.
- Cut the pastry sheets in half and put a banana at the top.
- Fold the edges back on the banana then roll it up.
- Fry these in some hot oil, sprinkling with some brown sugar to caramelize them.
Don't put them on paper towels after, the caramel may stick on it. - There you are, your crispy bananas are ready!
