Sometimes for dessert, we hesitate between two recipes... We feel a bit... half-fig... half-grape... But wait, figs and grapes are indeed fruits of September, right? Why not bring this expression to life by creating a tart?! Surprise your guests and delight every palate with our half-fig half-grape tart ;-) This way, everyone can choose their favorite part of the tart, and everyone will be happy.

Mix the softened butter, brown sugar, eggs, and hazelnut powder. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Unroll the pie crust and place it in the tart pan. Spread the hazelnut cream evenly over the crust.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove from the oven and let cool for about 30 minutes.
This step is crucial as you will need to choose between figs, grapes, or both! Cut the figs into quarters. Keep the grapes whole. Arrange the fruits on the hazelnut cream.
It's ready!
Observations
For a well-balanced half-fig half-grape tart, place the figs on the left side and the grapes on the right side.
Feel free to use a shortcrust pastry.
You can also replace hazelnut powder with almond powder.
