- Mix eggs + brown sugar. Add yogurt + olive oil + vanilla and mix again.
- Add flour + almond flour + baking powder and mix. Pour the batter in a greased mold with parchment paper.
- Put the figs in the batter. Sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake for 35 min at 350°F (180°C).
- Leave to cool down and unmold. There you are ! Your fig cake is ready !
