1 pound chocolate (semi sweet)

12 eggs (room temperature)


  • Preheat the oven to 340. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter and chocolate over a hot water bath until smooth.
  • Mix eggs in mixer until triple in size.
  • Fold the chocolate and egg mixture together, 1/3 at a time.
  • Pour into baking sheet and cook for 18-20 minutes.
  • If you would like a caramelized banana to go with it, coat the banana with sugar and gently caramelize with blow torch.
