Flourless peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup natural unsweetened peanut butter
• ½ cup erythritol
• ½ teaspoon stevia
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
• ½ cup chopped peanuts, or other nuts

Preparation

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, erythritol, stevia, salt, and eggs until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
• Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls or cookie dough scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake 10 to 12 minutes or till lightly browned.
  
• Cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
