Preparation
- Condensed milk 2-3 teaspoons(depending upon the sweetness of mangoes)Peel the skin of mangoes , remove the pulp and puree it in a blender.
- Now add the mango pulp and condensed milk to the thick yogurt and beat it together with egg beater.Using egg beater helps to retain the thickness of the lassi.
- Taste and adjust the pulp & condensed milk in lassi.
