Mini chocolate mocha bundt cake wiith nutella ganache

- All purpose flour 1 cup
- Atta 3/4 cup
-Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
- Semi sweet chocolate chips 1 cup
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder 2 teaspoon
- Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Milk 1 cup + 2 tablespoons
- Oil 1/3 cup
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Instant coffee powder 1 1/2 teaspoon

For Ganache :
- Nutella 3 tablespoons
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milk or cream
- a pinch of coffee


Step 1

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Prepare a mini bundt tray, spray with cooking spray. Melt the choco chips with 2 tablespoons milk in microwave for a minute, keep an eye. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl sift together and mix all the dry ingredients.

Step 3

In another bowl combine the wet ingredients and whisk for a minute, stir in the melted cool chocolate add in the dry mix and mix with a spatula to combine. There should be no dry flour left.

Step 4

Spoon into prepared mini bundt tray till 3/4 way filled.

Step 5

Bake for 14 - 17 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.

Step 6

Cool down to room temperature, top with the nutella ganache.

Step 7

For Ganache :
Nutella 3 tablespoons melted with 1 1/2 tablespoons milk or cream with a pinch of coffee for 30 - 40 seconds in microwave. It should have a free-flowing consistency.
