Homemade speculaas
When you have a cup of coffee, these delicious spiced cookies will be the best treat you can get :)

- Mix the softened butter with the sugar. Then, add the flour, the baking powder and the grounded cinnamon. Mix to get a sort of sand. Finally, add the yolks and knead.
- Make a ball and wrap it. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough out, and make biscuits using a cookie cutter. Put them on a baking tray.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your speculaas are ready!

You can do a shortbread pastry with cinnamon to avoid the eggs, so just take the egg out and add some butter in the mix.
