  • When oil is heated, saute the shallots, ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin and mustard seed. Cook for 3 minutes or so.
  • Add in potatoes, saffron powder, bay leaves,chilly flakes and salt to taste. Stir and mix well inside.Put in the cauliflower and stir again.
  • Add 1/2 cup water inside, mix and wait for the veges to be cooked.
  • This will take about 10-15 minutes. Once this is done, mix in the green peas and the coriander leaves. Remove from heat.
