  • Soak beans over night. Pressure cook it and drain the water,keep aside.
  • Heat oil in kadai,add onions and green chillies and fry till transparent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste,saute till the paste is fried.
  • Then add red chilly powder,coriander powder and salt.Saute for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add coconut paste and cook till the paste leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Then add cooked beans and mix carefully.
  • Add water and chopped tomatoes and cook on a high flame for 2-3 minutes and reduce the flame and cook till the gravy thick.
