Ingredients: 200 g ground meat; 2 tablespoons soysauce; 2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion; 1/2 teaspoon pepper; a pinch of salt; 4 small potato; 3 tablespoons butter; dash of salt; 2 tablespoons oil; 2 1/2 tablespoons flour; 2 cups beef bouillon (or 1 beef cube dissolved in 2 cups hot water); 1 tablespoon, chopped white onion; 4 fresh button mushroom, sliced; salt and pepper

Burger Patty:
Combine Ingredients to a bowl. Get a spoonful of the mixture, roll into a ball then flatten using your palm. Grill them or Fry them (if you fry them, use leftover oil for the mushroom sauce).
Mashed Potato:
Cook peeled potato in a boiling water until tender. Mash using fork, add butter and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Mushroom Sauce (note: cook in medium heat). Heat oil, saute onion, add mushroom. Add flour, whisk using a wire whisk until no more lumps. Add beef bouillon, salt and pepper until mixture thickens.
OR Heat oil, add flour..mix them until brown. Add beef bouillon, stir. Add onion and mushroom, let it simmer until onion and mushroom is cooked.
