- Burger Patty:
Combine Ingredients to a bowl. Get a spoonful of the mixture, roll into a ball then flatten using your palm. Grill them or Fry them (if you fry them, use leftover oil for the mushroom sauce). - Mashed Potato:
Cook peeled potato in a boiling water until tender. Mash using fork, add butter and salt. Mix thoroughly. - Mushroom Sauce (note: cook in medium heat). Heat oil, saute onion, add mushroom. Add flour, whisk using a wire whisk until no more lumps. Add beef bouillon, salt and pepper until mixture thickens.
- OR Heat oil, add flour..mix them until brown. Add beef bouillon, stir. Add onion and mushroom, let it simmer until onion and mushroom is cooked.
