Burger Patty:

200 g ground meat

2 tablespoons soysauce

2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion

1/2 teaspoon pepper

a pinch of salt

Mashed Potato :

4 small potato

3 tablespoons butter

dash of salt

Mushroom Sauce (or Gravy):

2 tablespoons oil

2 1/2 tablespoons flour

2 cups beef bouillon (or 1 beef cube dissolved in 2 cups hot water)

1 tablespoon, chopped white onion

4 fresh button mushroom, sliced

salt and pepper


  • Burger Patty:
    Combine Ingredients to a bowl. Get a spoonful of the mixture, roll into a ball then flatten using your palm. Grill them or Fry them (if you fry them, use leftover oil for the mushroom sauce).
  • Mashed Potato:
    Cook peeled potato in a boiling water until tender. Mash using fork, add butter and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Mushroom Sauce (note: cook in medium heat). Heat oil, saute onion, add mushroom. Add flour, whisk using a wire whisk until no more lumps. Add beef bouillon, salt and pepper until mixture thickens.
  • OR Heat oil, add flour..mix them until brown. Add beef bouillon, stir. Add onion and mushroom, let it simmer until onion and mushroom is cooked.
