Cabbage Vegetable with Spring Onion
Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and add tempering ingredients.

Add chopped spring onion, soaked chana dal, chopped green chillis and turmeric powder and stir.

Then add shredded cabbage. Cover and cook for 5-8 mins. Take care you do not cook the cabbage to death.

Garnish with cilantro or spring onion greens. Serve with Roti or a side dish with rice.
