  • Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds and jeera.
  • Now add chopped onions, then ginger garlic paste and saute.
  • Then add cabbage and all other vegetables.
  • Add chilli, turmeric powders and required salt to the vegetables.
  • Add the required salt, mix well, add little water mix, cover and cook till all vegetables cook and water evaporates.
