Cabbage and tomato soup or cabbage stir-fry

Preparation
- Heat some oil in pan/wok, add ginger, then garlic and fry till fragrant.
- Add the ground chicken, breaking up into smaller bits while frying to brown it, adding soy sauce, and then cooking wine.
- Add mushrooms and mix well with the meat bits. Add cabbage, fry and mix with mixture.
- Add 3-5 tablespoons of water, then cover pan and allow to simmer till cabbage turns tender.
- Add salt and white pepper to taste, then simmer till mixture reduces.
