400 g cooked prawns

8 crab sticks

4 spring onions

2 red chilies

1 & 1/2 tablespoon cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons corn flour

fried shallot oil

Preparation

  • Put the first 4 ingredients into a mixing bowl. Then add the Cajun seasoning and corn flour and mix it well. Let it sit for a while. Heat up some fried shallot oil in a frying pan or wok. Pour in everything into the frying pan and fry. Keep stirring under high heat until everything is heated through and cooked. Dish up and serve hot.
