- Wash cauliflower well. Boil water with a little salt, a pinch of turmeric powder and add cauliflower florets to it. Keep it closed for 10 minutes. Drain the water and keep it aside.
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add cumin seeds, when it splutters, add onion and saute till it turns transparent. Add ginger, chillies, tomatoes and potatoes.
- When potatoes are half cooked, add cauliflower florets. Add chillies powder, coriander powder and salt needed.
- Mix well and cook covered till done adding little water when needed. Enjoy Cauliflower curry with chappati or rice or roti.
