  • Remove plastic wraps and blanch crab sticks in boiling water. Drain and chop them up.
  • Remove veins from celery by using a vegetable peeler. Cut into 4" or 5" lengths.
  • Combine mayo, wasabi, crabmeat and pepper. Mix well.
  • Lastly, scoop mixture onto celery openings and top with bacon bits.
  • Put them in a tupperware, cover it and keep it chilled. Remove when ready to serve and add a drop of wasabi and mayo for guests with heavier taste.
