Ingredients

Number of serving: 3
3 cups Short Cut Pasta of your Choice

1/4 cup Onion cut into bite size pieces

1/4 cup Green Pepper

1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper

1/4 cup Carrots

1/4 cup Broccoli

1 tablespoon Corn kernels

1 tablespoon Green peas

1 tablespoon Green onion leaves/spring onions for garnish

1/2 teaspoonGinger garlic paste

1/2 teaspoonSoy sauce

1/2 teaspoonHot and sweet sauce

1/4 teaspoonground chili paste

1/4 teaspoonblack pepper

1/4 teaspoon sugar

2 tsbsp Roasted Cashews

Preparation

  • Boil pasta in salted water till cooked (about 10 minutes). Drain and keep aside.
  • In a Wok or big pan, heat some oil, add the ginger garlic paste and all the veggies. Saute for 2 minutes on high flame.This will help in keeping the veggies 'crisp' and not soggy.
  • Add the cooked pasta,all the sauces,spices and mix.
  • Turn off the flame and garnish with spring onions and roasted cashews.
  • Enjoy the Chinese Flavored pasta warm or at room temp!
