- Boil pasta in salted water till cooked (about 10 minutes). Drain and keep aside.
- In a Wok or big pan, heat some oil, add the ginger garlic paste and all the veggies. Saute for 2 minutes on high flame.This will help in keeping the veggies 'crisp' and not soggy.
- Add the cooked pasta,all the sauces,spices and mix.
- Turn off the flame and garnish with spring onions and roasted cashews.
- Enjoy the Chinese Flavored pasta warm or at room temp!
