Masala vegetable pulao / vegetable palav

Preparation
- Soak rice for half an hour.
- In a pressure cooker, heat oil and ghee, add whole seasoning masala and curry leaves, greenchillies and onion stir and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Then add the ground masala paste and stir and fry until the moisture evaporates.
- Add all chopped vegetables fry for 4-5 minutes.
Add salt and rice and stir well. - Then add water and lemon juice, mix well and close the lid.
cook until done or one whistle. - Palav is ready.
Serve with curd raitha and carrot-cucumber salad.
