- 1)Marinade pork chops with fish sauce, sugar, thick soy sauce and garlic for at least 2 hours.
- Heat a frying pan and add the oil. Pan fry till you get a nice dark caramelised colour. Serve with rice, egg.
- 2) Heat a wok/frying pan and oil, add the garlic and fry till it is about to turn brown.
- Add the spinach and fry till soft.
- Add the curry powder and stir till incorporated. Add the water and allow it to simmer for a while.
- Ready to be served.
