Grilled Pork Chops (Suon Nuong) on Rice
Preparation

1)Marinade pork chops with fish sauce, sugar, thick soy sauce and garlic for at least 2 hours.

Heat a frying pan and add the oil. Pan fry till you get a nice dark caramelised colour. Serve with rice, egg.

2) Heat a wok/frying pan and oil, add the garlic and fry till it is about to turn brown.

Add the spinach and fry till soft.

Add the curry powder and stir till incorporated. Add the water and allow it to simmer for a while.

Ready to be served.
