2 libras boneless beef short ribs


1/2 cup soy sauce

6 cloves garlic, minced

2 green onions, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons. ginger, minced or grated

2 teaspoons. sambal oelek

2 tablespoons. brown sugar

1 teaspoon. dark sesame oil


  • Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
  • Place short ribs in a resealable bag. Add marinade. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Grill over medium heat until cooked to desired doneness, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve with yummy sides.
