  • 1) Wash & dice meat. Marinade for at least an hour.

    2) Cut off both ends of celery. You may wanna remove the “veins” by using a vegetable peeler if you prefer to have a smooth texture. Rinse & cut into slices.

    3) Remove mushrooms from can & cut into slices.

    4) Heat oil in wok. Add garlic & chicken. When half-cooked, add celery, mushrooms, oyster sauce & water. Mix well & cover lid. Simmer for about 5mins.

    5) Remove lid & add wine, sesame oil & stir fry for another min. Remove & put them in separate pouches & you'll have your lovely garden vegetables.
