- Cut a square sheet of parchment paper. Peel the carrots and cut thin slices using a peeling knife. Put these slices in the center of the parchment paper.
- Season with salt and pepper and pour some olive oil on top. Add the chicken breast and pour some olive oil again. Finally, add the broccolis, pour some olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the sheet leaving the chicken in the center, and fold the edges making triangles all along. Close it by folding well the last edge. It has to be hermetically sealed.
- Make the second one and bake 25 min at 350°F (180°C) and there you are !
