Kailan with toon sprout sauce

A simple dishes made with great finesse and so tasty.

  • Boil half a pot of water in a saucepan.
  • Add in a little oil and salt to the boiling water.
  • Add in baby kailan and scald the vegetables for a few minutes.
  • When the vegetables have changed color bring them out and shake off excess water.
  • Top with a little toon sprout and oyster sauce.
