- Soak Channa Dal in water for about 15 minutes.
- If you are using Taro Root then pressure cook and keep it ready.
- In a frying pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves. Let it splutter.
- Add the boiled taro root to the pan. Pour little water.
- Add salt,hing and turmeric powder. Let this mixture boil for about 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, grind the soaked channa dal with grated coconut,green chillies,corriander seeds.
- Mix this above ground paste with curd. Use a spoon and mix them well.
- Now in the pan add this mixture and let it be on the gas stove for other 4-5 minutes.
- You will see kind of foam being formed in the pan. This is the right time to turn off the gas stove.
- Now garnish morekuzambu with corriander leaves.
