- Grind the 'to grind' ingredients into a fine paste and keep aside.
- Stir fry zucchini until its half cooked and keep aside. In a wok, heat oil, add finely chopped onions and stir fry till its golden brown.
- Now add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a min. Add chilly powder and fry for a min.
- Now add stir fried zucchini along with the ground paste, salt and enough water. Cover and cook till done.
- Serve hot along with rice.
