  • In a bowl combine all the ingredients except oil without water and leave for not more than 5minutes.
  • Heat oil in kadai, mix the ingredients with hands, wih the water released from onions. Now add a tsp of hot oil in the mixture and mix together. If needed, add very little water and mix.
  • Take small portion from the mixture and splatter it in the oil, they dont stick and turn out crispy. Fry till they turn brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot in the evenings with tea, plate will get empty in minutes.
