In a bowl combine all the ingredients except oil without water and leave for not more than 5minutes.
Heat oil in kadai, mix the ingredients with hands, wih the water released from onions. Now add a tsp of hot oil in the mixture and mix together. If needed, add very little water and mix.
Take small portion from the mixture and splatter it in the oil, they dont stick and turn out crispy. Fry till they turn brown and crispy.
Serve hot in the evenings with tea, plate will get empty in minutes.
