Shiitake mushroom and baby bok choy in oyster sauce

Ingredients

• 10 or any amount fresh shiitake mushrooms
• 10 or any amount of dried shiitake mushrooms
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 1 bag of baby bok choys cut lengthwise
• 1 Tablespoon of Maggie's seasoning or Golden Mountain or Flying horse soy sauce
• 2 Tablespoons of lee kum kee's no msg added panda brand oyster sauce

Preparation

• Soak the dried mushrooms in hot water and add 1 teaspoon of sugar to water when soaking the mushrooms. Flip the mushrooms to make sure that the stems are submersed too. If you can take a knife and cut off the stems, then they are ready. Add the fresh and soaked dried mushrooms to boiling water for approximately 10 minutes.
• Next, cut the baby bok choys lengthwise so it's easier to eat. After washing the greens, boil them in a separate pot from the mushrooms with 1 teaspoon sugar. Remove the bok choys with a slotted spoon after about 8 minutes. Do not leave them so long that they look like wilted spinach.
• Mix the soy sauce and oyster sauce and pour it over the mushrooms and baby bok choy greens.
