  • Peel the bottle gourd and make into cubes . Claen and devein the prawn and keep aside. In a pan, add the oil and add the onion,curry leaves.
  • Saute the onions and add the GG paste and keep on stirring. Once it's done, add the tomatoes and cook until it's tender.
  • Now add all the dry powders, salt and combine well. U may add the sorakkai now as it takes some time to cook.
  • Scald well and add may be half cup of water to cook the mixture. Finally add the prawns and give it a good stir.
  • The masala's should coat everywhere. The prawns are so tender it won't take much time to cook.
  • At the max it will take 2 to 3 minutes. Do not overcook the prawn as it will be rubbery if you do so.
  • You may now take it from the stove and garnish with corainder leaves if you wish.
