  • Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except curry leaves. Keep aside for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan and add the marinated chicken. Cover the pan and cook this at a medium heat till the chicken becomes soft.
  • Then cook this uncovered until all the broth evaporates. Add the curry leaves and stir till the chicken well-browned.
  • Once they have attained the color, switch off flame.
  • Serve hot with rice or chappathi.
